So I do this by carefully listening to what a client has to say to me to determine what self-limiting beliefs,negative patterns and thoughts may be stopping them from achieving their goals, then I design their session around their specific goals and needs.

I include a range of proven hypnotic suggestions and positive imagery, as well as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques, Parts integration and age regression.
