TEETH CLENCHING
Hi Nancy,
I just wanted to drop a quick hello and let you know how much I took with me from our Wednesday night session. I have really begun to sense the deep seated healing which is taking place on a number of levels. I have adopted a new daily working mantra "My Jaw is Healthy, Balanced and RELAXED" I say that to my self a lot during the day. Friday I visited the acupuncturist and I think we isolated a pretty stressed out muscle that up until then had kept itself hidden. The combination of that and our session Wednesday made for the best jaw day I have had in over a year. I actually got through two very taxing social situations and tackled my duties at the loud and noisy theater Friday night without the mouth piece to keep my teeth from hitting. Yes I still felt some teeth contact, but under it all was a calm knowing that I was in touch with the truth and even though I wasn't there yet (outside of my wonderful green room) I would be. I love my tape and look forward to escaping into it at the end of the day. Over the last couple of days the teeth hitting isn't surrounded with so much drama and as a result, the muscles are more relaxed and the urge to clench is subsiding. I catch myself constricting the jaw muscles on the right side now and am amazed at the amount it drops when I relax it. That is always followed by a deep cleansing breath that feels SOoooooo great. I am realizing that I carry anger and make judgments about people that , Granted, I may not want to hang with socially or even have them in my life to any great extent. However there is no need to hoist all the energy and judgmental hostility towards them in my mind. Release them to Spirit. Big things are happening as I approach my half century point in my life. I see this as another step in a God directed housecleaning that will enable me to be much healthier, happier and more productive in my next 50. Thank you again and have a great week.
