I offer Heart Centered Hypnotherapy ®, which combines hypnotherapy with developmental and gestalt psychologies as a powerful way to assist people in accessing the source of problems, helping them to reconnect with dissociated emotions and disowned parts of themselves.  The client experiences age regressions to early stresses and traumas, and, in the hypnotic state, finds patterns, meaning, and healing from within a broad range of information related to body, personality, and soul.

Heart Centered Hypnotherapy helps to heal shock and trauma, post traumatic stress, abuse issues, anxiety, addictions, anger issues, depression, ADD, mind/body issues, creativity blocks, relationship issues, and confusion about life path or purpose.

I also offer Past Life Regression and Life Between Lives hypnotherapy, to help clients find within themselves psychic and spiritual levels of perception and wisdom.  I was trained and certified in these by Linda Bachman, PhD, who formerly taught with Michael Newton, PhD, author of Journey of Souls and Destiny of Souls.  I am a member of the International Between Lives Regression Network.

I have worked as a therapist since 1985 and have a thorough background in psychodynamic therapies as well as in Rapid Eye Therapy.
